About Us

Me and my father started our small business in 2020 with no intentions of growing so quick! Before our food truck, we were offering our friends and family food that we made in our garage. Fast forward a month and we said we should open a business. From the humble beginnings of having to serve from a small food trailer and a tent, 6 months later we were able to expand to a food truck 3 times the size! My father’s cooking and our attitude towards the community has been what I think set our bar so high from the start. Our head chef has been cooking for 20+ years, not only Mexican food but all kinds. Our passion for bringing new dishes to our customers will always keep us going. We will continue to serve great quality tasting food for our community and plan to expand whether it’s more trucks or a brick and mortar within the coming years!
